영업사원을 위한 고객관리 + PC 카카오톡 1:1 맞춤 메시지 발송 프로그램

월클톡은 월클Lab이 만든 Windows용 프로그램입니다.

영업사원이 고객 명단을 정리하고, 고객 한 분 한 분에게 이름과 상황에 맞춘 메시지를 PC 카카오톡 1:1 대화로 보낼 수 있게 돕습니다.

고객 명단 관리: 이름, 연락처, 메모를 사용자 PC에 저장하고 관리합니다.
1:1 맞춤 메시지: 고객별로 이름 등을 넣은 문구를 만들어 PC 카카오톡 1:1 대화로 보냅니다.
구글 연락처 연결(선택): 사용자가 [구글 계정으로 연결]을 누르면, 월클톡에서 추가한 고객을 사용자 본인의 구글 연락처에 저장하고 이름·라벨·번호를 정리할 수 있습니다.
문자 발송(선택): 사용자가 직접 가입한 문자 업체(알리고, 솔라피)를 통해 문자를 보낼 수 있습니다.

월클톡은 사용자가 [구글 계정으로 연결]을 눌렀을 때만 구글 연락처 권한(contacts, openid, email)을 요청합니다.
이 권한은 사용자가 월클톡에서 직접 추가한 고객을 사용자 본인의 구글 연락처에 저장하고, 그 연락처의 이름·라벨·번호를 바꾸는 데만 씁니다. 다른 연락처는 읽거나 바꾸지 않으며, 삭제 기능은 없습니다.
구글 로그인 정보와 연락처 데이터는 월클Lab 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

WolkeulTalk is a Windows program by WolkeulLab for salespeople: customer list management and personalized 1:1 messages sent through KakaoTalk for PC.
If the user clicks [Connect Google account], the app requests the Google People API contacts scope (plus openid, email) only to save customers the user added in WolkeulTalk to the user's own Google Contacts and to update those contacts' name, label, and phone number. It does not read or change other contacts and has no delete function.
Google tokens stay on the user's PC (protected by Windows user protection) and are never sent to WolkeulLab servers. Google user data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
